Video practice for home use

Please enjoy learning at home with practice. This is for your benefit. If you aren’t able to be in the studio more than 2x a week this should be a regular place you visit to keep moving and progressing in the work you are investing at the studio. I teach you a lot of things, then you go and practice it, get it in your body and see the transformation. I have also included some daily stretches using the magic circle. There are also “learn” videos to see what I am teaching you in flow and at the advanced or finessed level. This will help you in your progressions as I continue to add new movements to your sessions. Enjoy!

beginner mat

Beginner Mat video. The basic video with modifiations for beginners homework.

intermediate mat (2 options)

Intermediate mat workouts , one is best for just transitioning out of beginner the other adds swan.

advanced mat

Advanced mat workout video. Please do not do anything you have not been taught at the studio. There are many variations for advanced. The reason I want you to learn it in the studio first is to protect the neck, several exercises can be hard on the neck if not done correctly. If you are ready to learn this please ask me to teach it to you.

Daily 7 minute flow

This is your video to use on the days you only have a few minutes. Its quick and your body, mind and spirit will thank you.

Covid foam roller

This video is a recoding of a zoom during covid. It’s long so forward to the areas you would like to focus on or enjoy the whole thing, This is great self massage. If you do the whole session please drink a lot of water as it will release a lot of toxins. Enjoy!
